A truly innovative data centre operator with data centres (both colo and edge) across Europe is looking for a Director of Field Engineering. This permanent role has been created to support the next stage of the company's growth.
The Role
As their Director of Field Engineering you'll establish and lead the field engineering function through a strong set of outsourced engineering and project partners who are able to deliver across their pan-European base. You'll have full ownership and accountability for all CAPEX into their technical facilities whilst working alongside Site Managers to ensure every site has an ongoing optimisation plan to ensure maximum value from every MW of deployed capacity.

To succeed in the role of Director of Field Engineering it's absolutely essential that you have significant engineering experience within a data centre environment - the data centre background is a non-negotiable for this position. In addition, project management and outsourced partner management is essential.
In return for your skills, you'll receive a salary of up to £140,000 plus 10% pension plus 20% bonus.
