The Role
Within the role of Data Analyst Trainer, you’ll be responsible for:
Supporting the assessment of the existing skill set and providing a targeted development plan/timescale to upskill the reporting professionals.
Supporting the cultivation of strong analytical capabilities within the team by providing knowledge and coaching support to team members.
Building on strong data skillsets to provide further analytical and insight support to HR Services projects.
You
To succeed within the role of Data Analyst Trainer, you’ll have experience in a similar position, and you’ll ideally have the following skills:
Customer stakeholder skills.
Experience of developing tableau dashboards & reports or similar SAS business intelligence software.
Experience of working with visualisation tools.
