A truly innovative data centre operator with data centres (both colo and edge) across Europe is looking for two Relationship Managers to join their growing team. These permanent roles are predominantly home based but with monthly European travel and weekly travel to one of the company's offices (1 to 2 days on average) - due to this, you will need to live close to one of their offices (Amsterdam, Berlin, Hamburg and London).
The Role
As a Relationship Manager, you'll be responsible for working with all stakeholders to ensure continued client satisfaction, reducing churn and identifying opportunities to increase revenue - you'll need to become a "trusted advisor" to your accounts. In essence, you'll be the 'cement between the bricks' of the various functions and teams within the business, and work with all departments on actions and issues relating to the customer's engagement with the company. You'll also have proactive responsibilities such as conducting regular Business Reviews with a set of strategic accounts and attending events / conferences.

To succeed in the role of Relationship Manager, you'll need to have experience of a similar customer relationship / customer success / account management role within a technology business. Experience of any of data centres, managed services and ISP / telephony businesses would certainly hold you in good stead. Please note that this position is NOT a sales role.
