The Role
Within the role of Construction Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for:
- Having a regular presence on site, providing independent scrutiny of the works, ensuring the correct materials are used and to the correct standards.
- Having foresight, to enable identification of issues/potential issues and prevent them from occurring.
- Managing any defects that do arise.
- Witnessing any testing.
You
To succeed within the role of Construction Site Supervisor, you'll have experience in a similar position, and you'll ideally have the following skills:
- You are comfortable prioritising workload and have the ability to work under pressure while being effective in your time management.
- Working as part of a team is familiar to you and you're able to establish professional working relationships with both colleagues and clients.
