Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Location: Warton or Samlesbury - hybrid working
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000p/a (+ Overtime Available)
A leader in the Defence sector is looking for a Construction Project Manager to work on site in either Warton or Samlesbury as part of their team. This is a hybrid working role and is a great opportunity to develop further in Project Management.
The Role
In this role, you will ensure the successful delivery of the design, construction and planning of wide range facility projects across multiple sites. You will also be producing reports, working with the planning team to update master schedules and identifying risks and opportunities using formal Project Management techniques.
The Person
To be successful in this role, you'll need Project Management experience with a good knowledge of the Project Management life cycle. Strong communication skills are essential in this role as you will be building relationships with a range of technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will need to be proficient with IT systems such as Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).
The Package
As a Construction Project Manager, you'll be on a salary of up to £60,000 and the role is available on a hybrid working arrangement.
