A technology company with over 35 years' experience servicing Defence, Government and Business in the UK and around the world is looking for a Chief Architect to work on one of their major critical defence programmes. The role will give you the rare opportunity to shape their customer's technology roadmap and requires somebody who can develop excellent relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure the organisation's position as a 'trusted friend' remains. The customer is based in Bristol so whilst this role can be home based you will need to be onsite in Bristol for 2 to 3 days per week.
To succeed in this role, it's imperative that you have experience of working as a Chief Architect or CTO within a medium to large business. You'll have experience of working directly with clients and of managing technical rollout and support for an intelligent customer, ideally architecting solutions that replace and retire legacy solutions. Any experience of implementing multivendor solutions and implementing HMG security policy will hold you in good stead.
