This is an exciting opportunity to join our clients growing Electronic Warfare business as a Software Developer. They are a world leader in electronic systems advanced technology, who are defining the next generation of products being installed on existing helicopters, fast-jet and unmanned air vehicles.

Your software skills will be utilised across the full software life-cycle with the opportunity to contribute towards the investigation and analysis of leading edge development methodologies and influence the future path of software development.

What we are looking for

People with a passion for delivering complex, cutting-edge software solutions to a variety of platforms.

You should have a degree level qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline with experience of developing software in industry or a research and development organisation. In addition you will be expected to have some of the following:

  • Web and/or Microservice development knowledge with C# and the .NET / .NET Core framework.
  • Experience of the Microsoft development toolchain.
  • Experience of designing, building, testing and maintaining modern software applications.
  • Understanding of current industry best practice software development processes including Agile.

Due to the nature of the tasks involved, you must be able to satisfy the necessary security clearance for the role applied for and meet a minimum of 5 years permanent residency in the UK.
