Business Development / Sales Director - Global Mobility

This global relocation management company is actively seeking a Business Development Director to lead its growth across the UK. You'll be expected to use both an innovative and consultative approach to increase sales across the region.

The Role

As the Business Development / Sales Director you'll be:

> Applying multiple methods including written communications, telephone, meetings and industry functions in order to create a progressive sales process to prospect and sell;
> Building and maintaining strong business relationships with key decision makers within and outside of the company;
> Researching the market through business journals, newspapers and social media, ensuring you are always up to date on trends;
> Conducting contract negotiations with new clients, coordinating the contract with the appropriate individuals and partners;
> Achieving or exceeding established growth goals on a monthly and annual basis and communicating the results through the proper management channels;
> Maintaining accurate records on all company systems;
> Assisting with other projects as and when required.

The Person

To be successful in the role of Business Development Director, you'll have the following skills and experience:

> Previous business development experience within a global mobility, relocation services or related field;
> A bachelor degree (or equivalent), ideally with a business focus;
> A CRP or GMS designation (preferred, not required);
> The willingness and ability to travel as per business needs;
> Excellent communication skills and confidence carrying out presentations;
> Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
