I partner exclusively with a growing Data Center business in an exciting phase of expansion across Europe. We are recruiting due to rapid and ambitious growth we have planned in 2021. This is a fantastic time to join the business and to find out more.
You will be a detail orientate BA to contribute to the business development and site selection growth strategies. You will interact with key stakeholders and have visibility of the North America and Europe plans. You will conduct research, market analysis and evaluate market economics in terms of land pricing, rates and yields. You will monitor quality metrics and create process models, specifications, diagrams and charts to provide direction to the project team. You will partner with finance on final business case models, spearhead a new project initiative to build a GIS-mapping tool and contribute to budget and forecast models.
You:
Ideally you will hold a degree or equivalent in Business, Finance and/ or Real Estate Development. Experience of Power BI would be an advantage as would experience of Tableau. You will be a curious problem solver with a strong sense of urgency, responsibility and accountability combines with a team culture and entrepreneurial mind. You will be self starter and strong communicator. If you have any experience of GIS software please do highlight this, although not essential.
