To succeed in this role of IT Support Engineer you'll need to have experience of a similar 1st line support role and have technical knowledge in at least some of the following - configuration, management and maintenance of hardware, routers, networks, firewalls, cloud based infrastructure, corporate software and telephone systems.
The Package
