John Morris
CEO
When establishing JAM back in 2000, John was confident in his industry expertise and entrepreneurial impulse to make the business a success. Since then he has grown the business into a first class employer with 120 staff. John takes the lead on developing the strategies that will help JAM further build on its success and fulfil its vision of becoming synonymous with customer excellence and innovation in recruitment.
Karen de Meza
Finance Director
A KPMG trained chartered accountant with over 25 years of financial and commercial experience, Karen has worked with a wide range of high-growth entrepreneurial businesses, both as a shareholder herself, building a business from start-up to a £30m asset base, and as an adviser and executive coach. Karen joined JAM in 2012 as Finance Director and will play a key role in realising our ambitious expansion and investment plans.
Grahame Nix
Group Business Development Director
Grahame Nix OBE, previously Managing Director for the Operational Services business unit of Marshall Aerospace, brings over 30 years of industry experience to JAM Recruitment. Advisor to the board of EEF, deputy chairman of council at engineering research company TWI and a fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society – Grahame joined JAM in 2012 as Group Business Development Director.
Matthew Reaney
Director - Professional Services
Matthew has over fourteen years’ recruitment experience in a diverse range of sectors. After joining JAM in 2003 his focus has been within the Professional Services sector with particular expertise in Global Mobility, Immigration, Taxation and MS Dynamics. Matthew has been part of JAM’s senior management team for over nine years.
Zack Georgiou
Director
Zack started in recruitment in 1997 and joined JAM in 2004 after a successful period at another specialist recruitment business. Since establishing and successfully running JAM’s Contracts Division, Zack is now responsible for the growth of our Managed Accounts business unit, whilst developing and maintaining key partnerships.
Nick Barker
Contracts Director (South)
Nick’s career in specialist recruitment started seventeen years’ ago and he joined JAM in 2011 after a successful directorship at Three Group of Companies. At JAM, Nick now holds the role of Managing Director of Contracts, responsible for the growth and development of our Contract business and also for our London office which opened in 2010.
David Higgins
Chairman
Former CEO of Harvey Nash PLC, David joined JAM in August 2010 as Chairman. David takes a pro- active and strategic approach to the business, supporting its growth and development into new markets and territories.
