The Role
Within the role of Senior Designer, you’ll be responsible for:
Developing and producing CAD models, drawings and other Technical Outputs consistent with the contractual requirements to meet target dates and budget demands.
Developing and drawing 2D Diagrams, utilising the relevant toolset.
3D integration within the product model.
In addition, you’ll also produce other technical outputs consistent with contractual requirements.
You
To succeed within the role of Senior Designer, you’ll have experience in a similar position, and you’ll ideally have the following skills:
HNC in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Experience of design in one or more of the following industries: defence, power industry or oil and gas or similar industries.
Demonstrable ability at utilising 2D CAD design packages.
In addition, any experience in shipbuilding/marine will be beneficial.
