The European arm of a US owner operator of Hyperscale Data Centres is looking for a Real Estate Transaction Manager. This permanent role has been created to support the launch and rapid expansion of the business across Europe - this growth is in part due to acquisition and in part due to new site builds.

As a Real Estate Transaction Manager you'll be handling a high volume of large, complex real estate transactions along with tracking and monitoring acquisition and transaction activities for regions / markets, supervising compliance and due diligence matters.

To succeed in the role of Real Estate Transaction Manager you'll have an in depth knowledge of commercial real estate / property transaction along with ideally data centre (or similar) experience.
