An innovative Medical Device business with a market leading product that really makes a different to people's lives is looking for a Product Support Specialist to join their rapidly growing team. This role is a hybrid position split between office (Warwickshire) and home.

The Role

As a Product Support Specialist you'll be responsible for providing outstanding phone and email support to their customers - you'll respond to inquiries about product performance, reliability, quality and technical issues. You'll need to develop an excellent understanding and knowledge of the system so that you can troubleshoot product issues quickly and, where possible, without escalation.

To succeed as a Product Support Specialist within this business, it's essential that you have engineering experience within a medical device business. Any experience of a similar technical support role would certainly hold you in good stead.

The Package
