Due to continued investment, this manufacturing business at the cutting edge of technology is searching for the perfect HR Coordinator to join their growing team in Barrow-in-Furness on an initial 12-month contract. This role pays £15.86 PAYE Per Hour.

The successful candidate will be awarded with this phenomenal opportunity to work with a true leader on some of the biggest challenges and most advanced technologies in the industry.

The Role

Within the HR Coordinator role, you'll be responsible for:

* Assisting and supporting the Senior HR Advisor / HR Manager in the delivery of guidance and support to the functions on HR service deployment, including support of Organisational Development activities.
* Assisting the Senior HR Advisor and HR Manager in developing and facilitating HR strategies which enhance business performance.
* Establishing an understanding of business process and seek opportunities for productivity improvement, cost reduction and waste elimination to facilitate a good practice approach in all aspects of HR Service Delivery.

You

To succeed within the HR Coordinator role, you'll have experience in a similar position, and you'll ideally have the following skills:

* Ability to influence through effective communications
* Business awareness with developing HR knowledge
* Degree/Working Toward or Achieved CIPD Qualification
* Developing awareness of cost & commercial aspects of the Business
