Due to continued investment, this manufacturing business at the cutting edge of technology is searching for the perfect HR Administrator to join their growing team in Scotstoun on an initial 6-month contract. This role pays £17.30 PAYE Per Hour.
The successful candidate will be awarded with this phenomenal opportunity to work with a true leader on some of the biggest challenges and most advanced technologies in the industry.
The Role
Within the HR Administrator role, you'll be responsible for:
* Uses an understanding of the business and relationship management skills to influence, facilitate and implement change
* Provides operational advice on a range of employment and performance issues and business change based on business needs, working in collaboration with the appropriate CoE
* Enables people manager capability uplift, facilitating/supporting/coaching the manager in execution of people initiatives where necessary
You
To succeed within the HR Administrator role, you'll have experience in a similar position, and you'll ideally have the following skills:
* The successful candidate needs to have the ability to analyse and interpret data to a good standard.
* The business is looking for someone who has a great knowledge on how to use Microsoft packages such as Excel.
* Experience working closely with stakeholders internally is essential.
