Within the role of Customer Support Advisor, you’ll be responsible for:
Handling incoming calls and responding to emails from employees with HR queries, aiming to resolve at first contact.
Ensuring all information taken from calls is accurately logged on to the system.
Building and developing effective relationships with colleague groups including internal HR Shared Services, Shared Services and wider external company business.
To succeed within the role of Customer Support Advisor, you’ll have experience in a similar position, and you’ll ideally have the following skills:
5 GCSE’s or equivalent.
Confidence using IT systems and able to learn new systems and processes quickly.
