An innovative Medical Device business with a market leading product that really makes a different to people's lives is looking for a Customer Service Manager to join their rapidly growing team. This role is a hybrid position split between office (Warwickshire) and home.
The Role
As their UK Customer Care Manager you'll oversee a team made up of Customer Care and Product Support Specialists and ensure positive relationships with all applicable patients and caregivers. You'll have ownership of the patient onboarding and support process and will be expected to identify process improvements and opportunities to improve customer experience. The business is going through significant growth so you'll be heavily involved with the growth strategy for patients whilst maintaining service quality.

To succeed as their Customer Care Manager, it's absolutely essential that you have experience of running a customer service / customer care function within one of the following environments - Medical Device, MedTech, Healthcare, Pharma or biotech. Please note that you will not be considered if your experience is outside of these environments. You'll also need to have experience working within a QMS (9001 / 13485) along with experience defining processes, integrating systems and, ideally, scaling up operations.
