An innovative Medical Device business with a market leading product that really makes a different to people's lives is looking for a Senior Consumables Engineer to join their rapidly growing team. This role is available on a hybrid working agreement between the office and home.
The Role
As a Consumables Engineer you'll oversee the specification, design and production of consumables - this will include injection moulding and plastic assembly processes. In addition, you'll be responsible for compliance, reliability, V&V, performance and cost optimisation whilst also undertaking NC and CAPA investigations.

To succeed in this role you'll need to have experience of a similar engineering role within the medical device industry involving disposables / consumables / single use - a materials scientist with a similar background may be considered. Any experience of high-volume manufacturing will certainly hold you in good stead (as would experience with SolidWorks and / or CAPA processes).
