We're looking for an Account Manager to join us to build a brand-new engineering team working with our largest customer focussing on PAYE delivery. With a high number of opportunities across the aerospace and defence sector, this role will be sure to keep you on your toes!
As an Account Manager at JAM, your mission will be to take ownership and build up a brand-new delivery team working with one of the most world-renowned aerospace and defence companies, BAE Systems. We are currently one of 5 agencies on their PSL for LTD company contracts, and now due to our phenomenal success, we want to venture into PAYE. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape an area of the account up from scratch, putting your stamp on it, whilst creating an extremely successful team of consultants around you, thus playing your part in the growth of our business.
At JAM you'll be continually invested in, developed, and supported to achieve your career aspirations through internal and external training and support programmes.
To be a successful Account Manager, you'll be able to show that you have the tenacity, drive and right motivations to succeed in a fast-paced, competitive and busy sales environment.
You'll have proven success within recruitment, building a contractor network predominantly within high volume industrial recruitment and have previous experience delivering a world-class service to your clients. You'll be able to self-manage driving your own activity, results and revenue to optimum levels which in return will give you a long and successful career at JAM.
