The Background:

In line with their European expansion strategy, this leading relocation services provider is actively seeking an experienced Sales & Account Management Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management and coordination of the group's international corporate sales and account management activities across Europe.

The Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

Designing and executing effective sales strategies across Europe

Identifying sales/product introduction opportunities and executing selling strategies with specific assigned prospects

Designing and managing pricing/profitability strategies to assure success while maintaining company profitability.

Leading sales strategies and directing the participation of team members in the sales process, including Sales and Account Management in other countries.

Mentor team to produce solutions to clients' needs.

Day to day team management, including the recruitment, development and managing of the Sales & Account Management Team.

Responsibility for the provision of team management reporting

Monitor and determine clients' needs in developing account strategies and plans to increase service satisfaction and increase product usage

Ensuring quality customer service by establishing and implementing policies and procedures; resolving customer complaints and service issues.

Compiling, analysing and interpreting data to monitor performance against standards in respect to services, revenues, fees, billing; manage internal and client reporting as necessary

Evaluating the efficiency of operations and implementing process improvements as needed

Evaluating client policy and recommending revisions and customisation as appropriate.

Seizing and creating cross-selling additional company products and services to generate increased revenue.

Developing client proposals and presentations

Negotiating and monitoring contractual agreements

Participating in and/or conducting of client meetings to foster teamwork and enhancement of client relationships

The Person:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sales within the relocation services market. Applicants will have an excellent understanding of the relocation market and be competent at managing existing and developing new business relationships. You will have a high-level of credibility within the market and a true understanding of what constitutes as excellent service delivery. Applicants must be commercially aware, customer & client focussed with a view to offer the highest levels of customer service.
