The Background:

Reporting to the EMEA Reward Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development and delivery of strategic & operational reward policies and processes whilst providing specialist support and advice to all stakeholders.

The Role:

You'll be responsible for:

Providing strategic & operational reward input via effective relationships and influencing relevant stakeholders across EMEA, including local management and HR teams.

Contribute to the development of EMEA reward strategy.

Responsible for the delivery of reward policy, practices and programmes. Ensuring that HR / the business is provided with full support in relation to all aspects of reward policy, practices and programmes, acting as a point of contact to resolve queries.

Develop reward solutions to support the achievement of business strategy.

Takes the lead role on specified reward projects as required.

Managing job evaluation, grading and benchmarking activities, external survey data collection and analysis across the business

Lead market compensation intelligence and be a point of contact for survey providers, attending external meetings as required.

Will ensure current survey participation is maintained and proactively look to develop new sources as required.

Develop pay ranges by job family / discipline as appropriate, on an annual basis in advance of salary review, reviewing as necessary during the year.

The Person:

Proven experience in reward, working with and influencing a wide range of stakeholders.

Excellent presentation skills and credibility at a senior level.

Excellent communication & analytical skills.

A background of implementing reward initiatives on a large scale.

Familiar working with ambiguity.

Influencing and coaching skills.

Strong Excel.
