A leading manufacturing business is looking to bring onboard an Engineering Training Manager
A leading manufacturing business is looking to bring onboard an Engineering Training Manager to lead an established apprenticeship training programme. As the Engineering Training Manager you would support a team of Apprentices with the acquisition and development of technical / engineering skills. You will review and assess the existing programme, updating and amending in order to guarantee that this in best in class.
The Engineering Training Manager should hold NVQ Level 3 in an engineering discipline or hold post-apprenticeship level of qualification (or equivalent level) and ideally would have a mechanical bias. As this will be responsible for leading and engaging a large team, people engagement and development skills are an essential part of this role. You would ideally hold people management or development qualifications although this isn't essential.
As Engineering Training Manager you would have a salary of £35,000 + Benefits
This role is based in Trafford Park and will work a Monday to Friday days-based shift.
