A specialist manufacturing company in the Oxford area are expanding throughout 2109. As part of their growth, they require the skills of a Graduate Calibre Engineer to provide engineering support to various technical functions throughout this medical device manufacturing business. You'll be providing assistance to the Project Engineer on assigned projects during development to ensure robustness of Design for Manufacture, ease of assembly for automation / manual processes, tooling requirements and material selection.
To provide technical support to the project team during technology / process development and validation.
* To support the project engineer in evaluating suppliers against specification.
* To participate in risk assessments (Process FMEA's, Health & Safety risk assessments).
* To support in validation documentation writing and execution of test activities [Validation plans, protocols, reports etc].
* Technical degree (Engineering / Science / Manufacturing) or equivalent.
* Highly ambitious with desire to progress and develop skillset.
* Good communication skills - Written and oral.
* Enthusiastic & energetic approach.
