Finding the right person for the job is good for us, and good for you – so our candidates undergo rigorous selection techniques to ensure a perfect fit. Two key aspects to ensure this success are; the use of our unique JAM Selection Method, and our in depth approach to candidate management.
Assessment:
- We conduct extensive telephone qualifications and/or face-to-face interviews
- We hold open days or assessment centres if necessary
- We discuss the role in detail, and gauge interest
- We sell your organisation effectively to attract the right candidates and keep them interested
- We qualify the candidate in detail: background; qualifications; security clearance; nationality, place of birth; key skills and experience gained; current role/current package; reasons for leaving; what the candidate is looking for; relocation; current situation; copies of qualifications & ID
- We can also provide suitable psychometric tests where appropriate
Candidate Management:
- Attracting, sourcing and assessing candidates is very important, but looking after them is vital
- We always sell the organisation, reminding the candidate why they should be excited about the role
- We keep in contact with candidates throughout the process, prepare them for interview and manage offers, whilst keeping them warm and interested in the position
- We keep in frequent contact, updating them and establish whether they are interviewing elsewhere
- Where appropriate, we tell them about the security process, and how long it will take. We remind them throughout the process of the need for clearance
