With the impending release of SharePoint 2013, the market is currently buzzing with the impact it will make. In line with this launch, JAM conducted a SharePoint survey, in order to analyse employment and salary trends in the market.

JAM surveyed over 100 SharePoint professionals, and the data we received from the results makes for very interesting reading.

The launch of SharePoint 2013 is making for an exciting time to be involved in the world of SharePoint, so its important to be fully clued up on the market. Use these results to benchmark your own salary and experience with that of other professionals in the industry.

Key findings from the survey include…

  • Majority earn an annual salary of £40,000 – £69,999
  • The average contractor daily rate is £394
  • 43% have over 10 years’ experience in SharePoint
  • The majority would consider moving from their current position, with many citing increased salary as one of the key qualities they look for in a new position.
