JAM recently surveyed over 750 Food and Drink industry professionals in order to keep up to date with the latest developments within the salary.

The survey questioned respondents on topics including salary satisfaction, skills shortages and opportunities and threats for the Food and Drink industry.

Key Findings from the survey include:

  • 64% think their salary doesn’t accurately reflect their skills and experience.
  • Half names USA as Britain’s biggest international rival in Food and Drink.
  • 66% feel the Government doesn’t do enough to tackle the skills shortage.
